A safe and confidential space in which to express any concerns or blocks to contentment.
Past or present trauma is defined by the impact of the trauma in an individual capacity. What may affect one person may not affect another. Then coping skills become key to contentment. Sometimes the reasons can be recognised in the present but may be rooted in the past, but it’s our coping mechanisms, when focused on, that can bring about change. Feelings of being stuck, overwhelmed with life, mentally fatigued or unable to connect with people may be some of the signs that you could benefit from seeing a therapist.
When therapy gets to the root of an issue, the symptoms also disappear. A person may present with anxiety, but the question is, what is the root cause of their anxiety?
Welcome to CAPS Therapy, providing a safe place for Adults and Children to express any concerns affecting their contentment. We also offer Play Therapy, and Adolescent Counselling.
